Our Volunteers are a very important part of our sale. We need your help!
Why should I volunteer?
Volunteers shop FIRST, before we open to the public and even before the consignors shop. The more hours you volunteer, the earlier you will shop. We have 4 to 20 hour shifts available. We are planning for over 200 consignors, just think of the advantage you will have by shopping early! Working a few hours can make a huge difference in your purchasing. Father's are needed for set up and breakdown - send in the Dad's !!! Also, NEW for October 2010 - Volunteer 12 or more hours and pick up your check at consignor pick up!!!
I don't have time to volunteer!
Most of our volunteers are very busy moms and dads. We have other jobs that may be available for you to do from your home. We will also have evening shifts available at the location.
How do I volunteer?
All volunteer scheduling is done through our online sign up system. So just click HERE and it will take you to the online sign-up page. First you need to register as a new user.
We could not do this service for the community without our volunteers.

Percentages you can make:
Volunteer 4 hours - PreSale Pass
Volunteer 8 hours - PreSale Pass & make 75% on your sold items
Volunteer 12 hours - PreSale Pass & 80% - Must work 4 hours on Thursday and 4 hours on Saturday (During Drop Off/Sorting times)
Volunteer 16 hours - PreSale Pass & 80% on sold items - Must work one shift on Thursday or Saturday (During Drop Off / Sorting Times)
Volunteer to Pass out flyers etc. & get a PreSale Pass
Refer 3 Friends to Consign that have never consigned before and get 5% more on your sold items
Refer 5 Friends to Consign that have never consigned before and get 10% more on your sold items
*Cannot make more than 80% on your sold items total

There are lots of ways you can help with our Sale, make it
be successful and benefit by shopping early! Without our volunteers we
would not be able to have a successful sale! Have a mom's night out and
bring a friend to help volunteer – and Shop Early at the Exclusive Pre-Sale for
our volunteers!
You do not have to be a Consignor to volunteer, however, we
need you to be motivated, hard working and dependable. We need Volunteers
for 4 hours on up to 20 hours at our Sale.

Brochure & Poster Pass-Out
If you can help us spread the word about the Biggest kept
secret in Frisco by distributing brochures we would love to have you! You
must distribute to places that would target Children – Preschools, doctors'
offices, moms groups, Children's places & more.
250 Brochures = One Pre Sale Pass; 500 Brochures = Two Pre Sale
Passes & 700 Brochures = Three Presale Passes
Referrals
You are our best advertisement! If you refer your friends to consign with us you can make a higher percentage! Refer THREE people and we will pay you 75% of your sold items. Refer FIVE people and we will pay you 80% of your sold items.
Husbands!
We need your Husband! When your husband helps with the sale you get to shop early! We need SECURITY during sale hours – a 4-hour shift will get you 1 Pre-Sale Pass & an 8-hour shift will get you 2 Pre-Sale Passes! We also need men for our set up on Wednesday night, September 29th and for take down on Saturday, October 2nd. Send us your men!
Goodie Bags - TAKEN
We need TWO People to stuff 175 goodie bags with information from local businesses around town - which we will provide you with everything needed to do this - This task is to be completed the week of October 1st - 4th, 2010
Media
If you have any contacts with the Local Media or newspaper and
you can get us in that publication you will earn a Pre-Sale Pass to shop early
before the public. If you are a consignor with us, you will earn 75% of
your sold items in exchange for getting us in the News. Please contact us for the proper
information to be placed in an article.
Meals
EIGHT SPOTS OPEN : Earn a Presale Pass for providing meals for 4 people, snacks
or Drinks for our workers

Volunteer Schedule
** SECURITY, SET UP & TAKE DOWN ARE NEEDED – If you have a
husband that would like to volunteer or an older teenager who would like to volunteer we
would love to have you at any of the shifts above
