Drop Off / Pick Up

Drop off times to be determined...


WHAT TO EXPECT AT DROP OFF: 

1.  Check In - Paperwork 

At Check-in you will sign a waiver and HAVE your self addressed/stamped envelope in hand.  You will also need to drop off your Car Seat Checklist  that you downloaded, printed, and filled out at home.  You will need to turn this in to us at Drop Off.  If you skip any  of these steps above, you will not receive your check in the mail because you did not register in the computer with us.  You may bring all of your items in with you if you want or you may come and do your paperwork and then go get your items. 

**** WE WILL have a rolling rack/tables for inspection, PLEASE DO NOT pass the inspection tables****

2. Presale Passes 

You will receive a presale pass when you check in.  If you decide you want to come earlier and did not sign up for a volunteer shift, you may do so at this point.   Please ask to sign up to be a volunteer and you will get a earlier pass.  There are many benefits of volunteering and shopping before the consignors shop.  We are planning on 200 consignors this year and with everyone who brings a guest to the presale, it will be very beneficial for you to come earlier.  Additionally, consignors who volunteer will make 70% on your sold items rather than the 65%!!!   Please call Jessica at 214-686-7218 for more information on Volunteering. 

3. Inspection

We will have many volunteers to check your clothing/toys etc.  Please make sure your tags are done correctly.  There are to be no stained items, make sure all clothing is SPRING/SUMMER and all items have batteries in them, if needed.   ALL tags MUST be barcoded tags (done through our automated system)  and all clothing must be hung on the hangers the correct way.  If you hang your items the wrong way you will be responsible for re-doing your tags.  YOU MUST STAY WITH YOUR ITEMS while they are are being inspected.  There may be some items  that will need to go back with you if they are out of date/season or dirty/stained.  

If your clothing has a strong smokey odor or musty smell we will not accept these items. 

Our inspectors will be very strict as we are trying to maintain the highest standard of quality merchandise.   

Please make sure all buttons are buttoned,zippers are zipped,items are ironed, etc. - your items will sell much better this way! 

YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM of 20 items or $50.00 worth of merchandise.  

4. Putting your items on the selling floor

You are responsible for placing your items on the selling floor.  

Please have all your items sorted by gender and size to make it eaiser on you when putting out our items.  

PLEASE ALLOW 45 minutes to 1 hour for drop off 

Do NOT wait until the last minute to come and then be in a hurry, we will try our best to be quick, but if you wait until the last minute we will be busy. 

 

WHAT TO EXPECT AT PICK UP: 

1. Check In

 At pick up your must have your drivers license to pick up your items.                                                                                        We will check all your items when you leave to make sure you have picked up your items only. 

2. Getting your items from the sales floor

All your clothing items will be sorted by consignor number.  The larger items/little items will not be sorted unless time allows us to do so.  All items with a "D" will be pulled and put back for the donation truck to pick up.  If you decide when you pick up that you have items you want to donate you may leave them and we will donate them for you.   Items not picked up at the end of the sale will become the property of our special non-profit partner - Family & Friends Organization.

3. Check our lost & found for missing tags etc.

Items we find that are missing tags or tags that we find that are loose we will be in the lost and found area.  Please check this area to make sure you do not have any tags or clothes there.  We will try to find the missing items but cannot guarantee it.
