Clothes - Maternity and Children's (sizes preemie/newborn - 5T)
All clothes should be hung on hangers -- child size hangers are preferable for child size clothing.  If there is a chance that the item might
fall off the hanger, please safety pin the item to the hanger.  Place clothes on hangers with the hook towards the left and the tag on the
top right hand side of the item.  Safety pin tag to item.  Clothes with stains or holes will not be accepted.  Make sure that all buttons,
zippers, etc are working.  Pants should be pinned to the hanger on both sides.  For two piece outfits, the second piece should be safety
pinned to the back of the first piece-including the hanger in the safety pin.  Small clothing items such as onsies, socks, etc can be combined
into a set and packaged in a ziplock bag.  We accept sizes newborn to size 5T.  We also accept maternity clothes.  Maternity clothes should
be in good condition.  We do not accept maternity underwear.  Please only
bring Spring/Summer clothes to this sale.

Toys
All toys should be priced with their own tag or may be placed as a group of toys in a ziplock bag.  Any toys with small parts should be placed
in a ziplock bag.  All toys should be cleaned, working and include all working parts.  Any games or puzzles must have all pieces and be in boxes
with the box taped closed.  All toys that require batteries should include the batteries.  Only brand new stuffed animals or stuffed
animals that are battery operated will be accepted.  To prevent loss of items, it is helpful to tape the top of ziplock bags with heavy
packing tape.  Also, tape index card to the front of the ziplock bag or directly onto the item.  You may also tie the tag to the item.  

Large Items
All large items should have their own tag safety pinned or tied on.  We accept strollers, car seats, cribs, high chairs, play mats, bouncy
seats, swings, pack n plays, etc.  Car seats will not be accepted if they are more than 5 years old or if they are missing their date sticker.  
All items should be in good working condition.

Loose Items
Any loose items should be placed in a ziplock bag.  The bag should be taped shut and the tag should be taped to the outside of the bag.  
Examples of these items would be bottles, bibs, rattles, etc.  It is a good idea to group like items together.  We also accept onesies,
nursing bras, diaper covers,  hair accessories, purses, belts, breast pumps, maternity bras, etc.  We DO NOT accept socks or underwear.  
We also accept books.  They may be sold separately or they may be grouped together.  

Shoes
Shoes should be tied together or put in a ziplock bag.  Tag should be safety pinned to shoelaces, tied to shoes (punch a hole in tag and tie it
on with ribbon) or taped to ziplock bag.  Shoes should be in gently used condition.  We accept sizes newborn up to size 13.

Bedding
Bedding should be placed in a large plastic bag with tag taped to the outside.

TAGS MUST BE SECURED TO ITEMS.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT FALL OFF HANGERS, OUT OF BAGS OR
LOSE THEIR TAGS!

How do you prepare your items for the sale?  It is easy!!!!
(*SPRING/ SUMMER CLOTHES ONLY PLEASE)

*  The supplies you will need are:
3 x 5 index cards, heavy packing tape, safety pins, hangers, ziploc bags, pen

*  Each item needs a 3 x 5 index card as a tag with the following information
(turn index card with long side vertical):

*   No 1/2 is only if you DO NOT want your item sold at 1/2 price on Friday.          
  Leave this blank if you DO want your items sold at 1/2 price.
  
*   Include brand name, color, etc. in description.

*   D is if you would like your item donated  to  Loving Expressions should it not sell.  Leave this   
blank if you plan to pick up your items.

Please only use a 3 x 5 index card.  No other size
will be accepted.  No extra marks should be made
on tags.  If you need to mark through something,
please make a new tag.  All prices should be either
an even dollar amount or half dollar amount (Ex:  
$3.00 or $3.50).  All items should have a minimum
price of $3.  Combine items together to equal $3 if
you have items that will not sell for $3 individually.  
Set your own prices for your items.  A good guide is
50 - 75% off of the original price of the item.  Name
brands and larger items sell for more.  See below for
preparation guidelines--
